LIGHT DANCE PARTY
A few things you may wish to know about our activities for Saturday:
Pumpkin Carving/Painting.
If your child is under 7 you may either want to carve the pumpkin for them or instead use paints to decorate the pumpkin instead.Make your own Lighthouse
We will be doing this using white and coloured paper and a plastic bottle. However your child is welcome to go rouge and make their own instead if they would like to be more creative! You can also do this craft by painting a jar and sticking a tea light inside in so it glows.Goody Bags
I will be encouraging us to make our own goody bags for neighbours and friends as we aim to start a new tradition of bless and treat instead of trick and treat this Halloween.
HERE is a recipe for Gingerbread for you to do over the weekend so you can then deliver to your friends and neighbours later. We will be in our session making little tag for these bags so you’ll need pens, paper or card and scissors.
With these activities in mind you may wish to set up a table or a place you can craft! We will though be encouraging you all to dance your hearts out to the first and last song so be sure you’ve got a separate space for dancing too!
You will also need the dance party playlist to play in the background as we craft and do some of these activities together!
