These roles form part of the governance structure of the church and as such require DBS checks (different from being on kids/youth team) and for members to sign the charity and HMRC eligibility forms. Please do this by completing the forms below.

It is always helpful for our church members to know more about who is representing them on the Werb’s Church Council and therefore we ask all our nominees to provide a 250 word biography and photo to help with this.
