There are lots of great churches in Derby. We are a 2 year old city centre church plant sent out from Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) in London. Our vision is to grow an authentic community which is Christ centred that plays its part in transforming the city and beyond. We meet every Sunday for the 1030 with coffee at the Book Cafe afterwards and the 630 with some heading to the pub after the service. Alpha (food, video, discussion - investigating faith) is a huge part of what we do and that starts Wednesday 2nd October at 7pm.

Our weekly student night starts on Tuesday 8th October at 7pm with food, worship, teaching and ministry. And there will be social events throughout the term. We would love to meet you and we pray you might find a place to belong, serve, grow and a be a community which you can invite friends to be part of.

And questions please drop a message to our student pastor Andy Bond andy.bond@stwderby.org

DISCIPLESHIP

Depending on Jesus

  • Mentoring

We are committed to identifying and providing suitable mentors from the Werb’s church family for students who request them. It’s our hope and prayer that these relationships will be a great source of strength and support.

If you are interested in having a mentor, please do not hesitate to contact our Student Pastor, Andy Bond (andy.bond@stwderby.org). We would absolutely love to find a suitable mentor for you!

MISSION

Extending the love of Jesus wherever we go

  • Alpha

This is a great place to learn more about faith and ask some of life’s big questions.

  • Inviting friends to church services and/or socials

We long for our city to know the love of Jesus and one of the best ways for us to show them is by inviting them to join us - have you got someone in mind that you could invite along to the next Student Social or Sunday Service?
